i’m going to answer this publicly so others will know as well, i bought it from american apparel, i think it was like $82 CAD, which is pretty expensive, but if you look at vintage petticoats (the proper terminology) they can be just as expensive. look around on the internet, places like etsy, ebay, and vintage dealers for petticoats. i bought one from the salvation army for $25, the reason it was so cheap is because the elastic had disintegrated, but that’s easily fixable!
